Three meats - golden roast turkey,
crackling roast pork & premium
ham carved off the bone, crispy
roasted potatoes, cauliflower au
gratin, roast pumpkin, peas/beans,
my special gravy, cranberry and all
the festive trimmings followed by
my own home made plum pudding, flamed and served with brandy
custard (alternative desserts
available). Our fully uniformed
staff dress in the spirit of the
occasion. Entrees, 'cheese &
greens' also available.
Served on white china with quality cutlery by uniformed staff with myself as chef in attendance, 3 hours of service to the table and from the table with clear up and clean.
